Meet Kingsmill Realty’s Sandy Davis, Realtor®
“Helping people make their dreams come true.” That’s what Sandy will tell you when you ask what she loves most about selling Real Estate. Whether it’s finding the perfect home for someone moving to Williamsburg or helping a resident sell their home, this is the satisfaction that has led her to a career of over 30 years as a Realtor®.
Originally from Illinois, Sandy and her husband moved to Williamsburg in 1991, after living in many parts of the country, the last 10 years in Boca Raton, Florida.
They missed the beauty of the changing seasons and they shared a love of history, so when the opportunity arose to move to Williamsburg, they eagerly accepted. She returned to real estate in 1993, excited to share her love for this area with others. Her experience with many moves and facing the same issues all buyers and sellers face is the basis for her desire to guide her clients through their transactions as smoothly as possible. She was honored by the Williamsburg Area Association of Realtors® as Realtor® of the Year in 2001 in recognition of service to the Association and the community.
Sandy is a strong believer in giving to her community through volunteerism. She, together with Kingsmill Managing Broker, Charlotte Jones, cofounded the Williamsburg Relay for Life in 2000, after she lost her husband to cancer. With a desire to help others and make a difference in the fight against cancer, she remains very active in Relay for Life, which has raised millions of dollars locally for cancer research.
Sandy cherishes her free time spent with her daughter and granddaughter sharing Holiday visits, shopping trips and vacations on the beaches of Topsail Island.
As a Realtor® with Kingsmill Realty Sandy is able to help people fulfill their dreams of living in Williamsburg and in Kingsmill. She loves that Kingsmill is a community with many diverse age groups and activities for everyone’s interests. She has helped many young people who grew up in Kingsmill return to the community to raise their own families here. She feels this is the best testimony to how wonderful and diverse a community Kingsmill really is.
