Charlotte Hubbard Jones
Managing Broker

With more than 10 years of industry experience, Charlotte began her career with Kingsmill Realty, Inc. in 2001 as a sales agent and in 2009 was promoted to the position of managing broker. A licensed REALTOR® since 1999 and a broker since 2004, Charlotte is a member of the Williamsburg Area Association of Realtors®, the Virginia Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.  In 2005, Charlotte was president of WAAR and has served on a number of committees at the local, state and national levels.  She has also made it a priority to be involved in her community. In 2000, she co-founded the Relay For Life, Williamsburg, an American Cancer Society Fundraising event and was a 2001 recipient of the American Cancer Society, Exemplary Service Award.  From 2007-2008, Charlotte also served as a member on the James City County Comprehensive Plan Community Participation Team. She holds an AA from Saint Mary’s College, Raleigh, N.C and a BA from the University of Georgia.

Colonial Williamsburg’s history, close proximity to the water & mountains is why Charlotte fell in love with Williamsburg over 20 years ago.  Today she and her husband, Kevin, enjoy all the area has to offer with their 3 children.
